Notre concept est simple.

Entre-ouvrir les portes des grands domaines bourguignons inaccessibles en dégustant les vins de ces artisans virtuoses.

Notre équipe vous fera partager leur philosophie de l'excellence.

L'équipe

Jean-Pascal

Jean-Pascal a travaillé au sein de certaines des plus belles régions viticoles françaises (Bordeaux, Champagne, Provence) ainsi qu’en Afrique du Sud (Constantia, Stellenbosch, Franschhoek). Sa curiosité l’a donc naturellement amené à venir explorer une des plus belles régions productrices de vins : la Bourgogne.

Titulaire d’un master en tourisme et en commerce viticole, il aura à cœur de répondre à vos questions sur les spécificités du terroir bourguignon. Son objectif est de vous faire vivre une expérience unique et inoubliable.

Dusica

Après plusieurs expériences en tant que Conseillère en Vins, Dušica a décidé de rejoindre l’aventure du Vosne Tasting Club en Janvier 2020. Titulaire du WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) niveau 3, c’est avec enthousiasme qu’elle partagera avec vous sa connaissance et passion pour les vins de Bourgogne.

Xavier

Ingénieur en informatique, Xavier s'est reconverti dans le monde du vin il y a plus de 15 ans en créant une société à Paris.

Après avoir suivi plusieurs formations à l'institut Jules Guyot de Dijon, "Pratique de la dégustation par la connaissance des terroirs", "Technicien en Œnologie" il organise des dégustations, essentiellement autour des vins et de la gastronomie bourguignonne, chez ses clients parisiens.

Fort de cette expérience, il ouvre en 2019 cet espace de dégustations dédié au partage et à la découverte des vins de Bourgogne.
