Former IT engineer, Xavier decided to follow his love for great wines 15 years ago by starting a business in Paris.
After several courses at the Jules Guyot’s institute in Dijon, including "Pratique de la dégustation par la connaissance des terroirs", "Technicien en Œnologie", he brought the traditional Burgundians wine and food to Paris, organizing special events.
Thanks to those experiences, he decided in 2019 to start the Vosne Tasting Club, following his will to share his knowledge, and help people discovering burgundy wines.
