HORIZONTAL TASTING

Horizontal tasting makes it possible to compare different wines from the same vintage and from the same appellation. In short, it is an overview of the vintage and a well-defined terroir.

VERTICAL TASTING

Vertical tasting compares the same wine over several vintages. A kind of time travel that allows you to follow the evolution of the grape varieties and the terroir specific to the wine tasted.

THE CORAVIN SYSTEM

Invented by American Greg Lambrecht, it is a wine preservation system that allows wine to be poured without removing the cork from the bottle by using a smart technology to extract wine while preventing oxygen from reaching it.
